I write Georgian and Regency era historical romance. I’ve always loved learning about how people lived in the past, and I’ve always loved reading romance, so it feels natural for me to write in the historical romance genre.

When I’m not writing, I’m likely to be reading. Reading has been my favorite leisure activity since childhood. 

I’ve had many different crafty hobbies over the years including knitting, cross stitch, woodwork or even soap-carving—but I don’t do that last one anymore because the soap dust makes me sneeze. I used to think I had no staying power until I realized that one of my main hobbies is actually learning new skills.

I also enjoy walking in the countryside, photography, and watching birds through my window while I’m thinking about my stories.
